As lifelong Mainers, we are thankful to live in this beautiful state and committed to protecting its beauty through conservation.
We recognize that we are on the Indigenous land of the Wabanaki Confederacy, including the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians, Mi’kmaq Nation, Passamaquoddy Tribe (at Motahkomikuk and Sipayik), and Penobscot Nation.
The Sustainable Pet strongly supports their mission to achieve tribal sovereignty through education, restorative justice, and positive legislative action.
