In Loving Memory

Ily's name stood for "I Love You" because the moment I met her, I knew I would. Ily came into this world November 9, 2013, and left it almost exactly 10 years later on November 12, 2023. Her unconditional companionship and comforting warmth lasted a lifetime, and proved that showing someone you love them doesn't require a single word. Ily's time on this planet was brief, but her impact will last a lifetime ♥️

The Lucy-Tucker Household:

  • Coby

    Coby is an easygoing, curious boy with such a peaceful energy. He is the grounding balance among his two siblings. Coby LOVES to run, explore new settings, and play with his Sheltie siblings! Coby is a complete mixed breed - but people who meet him often assume he is part Akita or Husky due to his bushy tail, outgoing energy, and quirky habits like hiding our shoes.

  • Josie Fay

    Josie is a sensitive sweetheart with a playful side that emerges spontaneously when she's around her two brothers! We adopted Josie from the Maine Sheltie Rescue in December 2023 after losing Ily and searching for a companion for Coby. Josie had a very traumatic upbringing before being rescued. Her trust in people has grown tremendously, and we are so proud of how far she's come! Read Josie's adoption story!

  • Noah

    Noah is the classic youngest sibling: curious & outgoing - with a hint of mischief! We welcomed Noah several months after Josie, when we heard of his adoption availability from the Maine Sheltie Rescue. Noah and Josie were rescued from the same facility, and experienced similar traumas. Noah's growth is equally remarkable - and we are so thankful for the energetic joy he brings to our family!   • Lilly

    Lilly is our sweet & sassy girl! She is a Chinchilla breed and enjoys grooming her beautiful coat, snuggling with her brother, Levi, and lounging under her favorite chair, often "nesting" in her fleece blankets!

  • Levi

    Levi, Lilly's brother, has enough energy for both of them! When Lilly is enjoying a quiet, peaceful afternoon, Levi is remodeling their hideout houses, constructing doorways and playing in the cardboard scraps!

  • Ludo

    We welcomed Ludo into our home when we received a request to foster him after he was found abandoned. We brought him home and he peacefully snuggled in our arms. Since that night, he's been snuggling with us ever since!

  • AJ

    AJ has a playful energy, affectionate personality, and a sense of humor that involves leaving pinecones in the middle of the floor for us to inevitably step on at night. He's a definite "momma's boy" and a total sweetheart!
